Confidence is often talked about as an inherent trait. You either have it or you don’t. You were either born with it or you weren’t.

The thing about confidence is that, it can be acquired.

We have seen this happen, time and time again.

You may not feel confident, but it is just that- a feeling.
Switch your thinking from

I am not confident in the weights room”

to

“I do not feel confident about lifting weights”

The work we do with many women and men within the gym is about that.

In a supportive environment, with proper coaching, we help you demonstrate to yourself that you can lift, skip, run, jump etc. Basically that you can learn.

The first time you experience the feeling that you “got it right’“ you will understand how confidence is built.

You will want to do it again.

And again.
