You have heard about strength training and you would like to give it a go. However you get intimated when you see a barbell. You’re afraid of lifting weights and getting hurt. The sad truth is majority of people do get injured from lifting incorrectly.

You want to be fit and strong but you’re unsure of how to do it the right away.

We are hosting a workshop aimed at teaching you the correct technique behind three of the best barbell strength movements. The Deadlift, Squat and Bench Press.

Whether you’re experienced with these movements or not we will be teaching you how to perform these movements correctly to avoid injury, get stronger, burn fat and build lean muscle.

Building Skills For Every Aspect Of Life

I was pretty sceptical about joining a CrossFit gym, lifting incorrectly and getting injured. However, I attended a Volume Fitness workshop earlier this year. They focused on technique and I found it really beneficial. Since then I have been a client for 4 months and I’m loving the small group classes. The coaches are really interactive, they break down the movements into simple steps in order to develop proper technique, build strength and avoid injury.
