I was pretty sceptical about joining a CrossFit gym, lifting incorrectly and getting injured. However, I attended a Volume Fitness workshop earlier this year. They focused on technique and I found it really beneficial. Since then I have been a client for 4 months and I’m loving the small group classes. The coaches are really interactive, they break down the movements into simple steps in order to develop proper technique, build strength and avoid injury.
A few months ago, I attended a squat workshop at Volume Fitness and became aware that I hadn’t been engaging my core properly when exercising, which encouraged me to reflect on my current understanding and left me feeling eager to learn more. I reached out to Volume Fitness when I had enough of the regular gyms. I didn't see any results, and I wanted a new challenge. With Hass, I have learned about different lifting techniques, gain better strength and change my overall body composition, all that and more.
