Setting up your week ahead is like setting up for a big lift. ⁣⁣⁣

If you don’t set up well, you could hurt yourself and fail. ⁣⁣⁣

I approach my Monday mornings with the same mentally. I get up extra early to ensure my week is planned out effectively so I can execute it without failure. ⁣⁣⁣

I have a list of values and I make sure that my week includes all the things that I value most. ⁣⁣⁣⁣

  3. Health and Fitness ⁣⁣⁣
  4. Religion ⁣⁣⁣
  5. Education ⁣⁣⁣

If I can do all the things that I value most in my week, then I’m destined to have a satisfying week ahead. ⁣⁣
