Our team has over 10 years of experience playing sports at elite levels and have extensive knowledge in strength, conditioning and nutrition.

Our Programs

Personal Training

Working one on one with your coach, we will design a tailored program towards your goals.

Small group CrossFit

Train with a like minded group of people. Classes are capped at 10 people maximum to increase the amount of quality coaching time you receive.

Women’s only classes

A unique program tailored towards women in a private women’s only setting with a highly experienced female coach.
