Our personal training program is one-on-one coaching. You will get a personalised training program dedicated to your goals. A guided nutrition plan and weekly check-ins with your coach. Our Personal training program is Carlton’s most holistic approach to health and fitness.
Our unique small group training is capped at 10 people per class. Here, we promise you will receive triple the amount of coaching time compared to large group fitness classes. We have multiple programming options tailored towards your goals, fitness and strength levels.
We are a certified CrossFit affiliate serving the CrossFit community in Carlton and surrounding areas. CrossFit is best described as constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity. Our CrossFit program runs within our small group training classes.
We are more than just a gym. We love to educate our clients and the local community in Carlton and surrounding areas. We run regular workshops around strength training, weightlifting, gymnastics, nutrition and lifestyle habits.

Volume Fitness was founded in 2014. Hassan is a former Rugby league player, husband and father of two. His vision for opening a gym grew after retiring from professional sport.
